We want you to love your organic sleep experience, which is why we offer a 365-day risk-free trial on our mattresses and a 100-night trial on bedding. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange for a pickup or return and provide a full refund of your purchase price.

Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via our online portal or email to start your return after the mandatory 30-night break-in period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local non-profit partner or recycling service to schedule a convenient pickup time at no cost to you.

  Prepare Your Items

  Small items like pillows or sheets should be boxed using the original packaging if possible, while larger items simply need to be accessible for the removal team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is confirmed as picked up or received at our facility, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
